Telehealth Visit: Final Virtual Activity

Overview

As part of “Telehealth Certification for Providers and Educators,” you will have an opportunity to practice your telehealth skills by participating in a virtual telehealth visit with a Standardized Patient. You must complete the session between October 26 & 30 (when the SPs are available), so please schedule your session at your earliest convenience to secure your desired time slots. You will receive a code from the standardized patient that will be entered in this site to complete the course. We hope you enjoy this unique telehealth training opportunity.

Objectives

By the end of this module, participants will:

• Demonstrate how to effectively and efficiently conduct a videoconferencing telehealth visit that may include the physical exam/education without peripherals or education
• Utilize appropriate telehealth etiquette as they conduct the visit
