    Holly, you were knowledgeable and explained everything on my level. You taught me how to take my pulse and did the appropriate assessment. I felt respected and comfortable during my visit and you were able to educate me appropriately.

    Holly verbalized the reason for my visit and built off of that during the visit. She asked appropriate questions and made sure I didnt have any questions. she explained the importance of taking my lasix and gave recommendations to make it easier for me to be compliant.
