    As CNO my telehealth system will be implemented at Dr Soliman Fakeeh Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My role will be as nurse executive to provide the telehealth providers will all support they need to have a successful system and oversee implementations and launching. We would have Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), videoconferencing and lastly store and forward so we can have live sessions and recorded sessions to accommodate more patients and ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and provision of quality care. Equipment we need RPM like smart blood pressure monitors, finger stick for blood sugar, and reliable software and hardware for connectivity, securities, and storage and repurposes. DSFHR target population are long term patents with cardiopulmonary and neurological disease. I will evaluate the telehealth system by having quality metrics for patient and staff satisfaction, patient outcomes, incident reports, and cost saving by reducing hospital readmission, decrease of complications, and maintain of healthy lifestyle. Legal considerations by obtaining consent from each patient and ensuring safety and security of all encountered during the telehealth visit, and adherence to Saudi Arabia MOH regulation for telehealth. My team will consist of nurses, specialist physicians, dietitians, and physiotherapists. Protocols will use our DSFHR care protocol for each disease and educational session for our patients about use and benefits of telehealth. Consent for patient will be through a shared folder between provider and patient will password to access for safety and all signatures are done electronically and stored in iCloud.
