General FAQ

How do I start the program/sign up for a course?
  • Before the program begins you will receive a registration link. This link registers you and creates your account which you will use to access and participate in the program.
  • Upon registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Username and Password. Check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
  • You’ll use the same link to sign into and participate in the program.
  • We recommend you begin the program on time.

How do I reset my password?
  • Click on the program link. On the home page you’ll see the “My Account” button.
  • Click on this and click on “Password Reset”.
  • You will receive a password reset via email. Follow the prompts to create a new password. Check your junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
I'm having technical problems (ex. login, password reset) how do I get assistance?

How do I download my certificate of completion and/or CEU certificate?
  • You need to complete the post survey and final evaluation.
  • Once you have confirmed completion, you will be prompted to download your certificate.
How do I recertify in two years?
  • We are now offering the Telehealth Recertification Program.
  • It is a 7-module program, runs in the same manner.
  • It does not include the final SP activity at the end. And the program fee is $250.

Final Activity FAQ

What do I do once I complete the final virtual activity?
Return to Module 10 and acknowledge completion. 2. Complete the Post Survey and the Final Evaluation 3. Download you certificate of completion.
How do I sign up for the final virtual activity with the SP?
  • Go to Module 10 and click on “Final Virtual Activity” then you will see the “Schedule Appointment” link. Click on this to sign up.
  • Schedule your SP visit date and time as soon as you start the program. This will ensure you get a date/time that fits within your schedule. Do not wait until the last moment to do this.
I have scheduled my SP visit final activity but haven't received confirmation or I haven't heard anything. What do I do?
  • Login to your SP-ed dashboard. If your session request is still under "Pending", an SP has not picked up the request.
  • If your session has been pending for 24 hours, please reschedule your pending request to two new dates and times by clicking on the pending request and selecting "Reschedule".
How does the SP activity work? How long does it take?
  • Your SP will send you a video to join the visit.
  • Click on this link and follow the prompts.
  • The activity takes 30 minutes (15 for the virtual visit and 15 for feedback and evaluation).
What happens in the final virtual activity? How long does it take?
  • You will play the role of provider to the case.
  • The SP will portray the case patient. You conduct the visit applying what you have learned during the program.
  • The visit runs 15 minutes long and then you’ll have 15 minutes for feedback and evaluation with the SP.
How do I download my certificate of completion and/or CEU certificate?
Once you complete the Post Survey and Final Evaluation you will see a prompt on the program platform to download your certificate.
