The main equipment I would use includes a HIPAA-compliant video platform, an electronic health record system, and mobile apps for communication and symptom tracking. These tools help support both appointments and follow-up care.

Target Population and Clinical Focus
I would focus on adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Many of these patients have barriers to care such as transportation, work schedules, or childcare. Telehealth can help improve access and make it easier for patients to stay consistent with treatment.

Role in the Program
My role would include completing psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, providing brief therapy such as CBT-based techniques, and offering education about mental health. I would also decide if telehealth is appropriate for each patient and identify when in-person care is needed.
